League of Minnesota Cities Elects City Officials for 2026-2027 Service on Its Board of Directors
The League of Minnesota Cities elected several new members and officers to the organization’s Board of Directors at its Annual Conference Business Meeting, held June 25 in Rochester. The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership for the statewide organization and represents the interests of Minnesota’s member cities.
Elected to serve full three-year terms:
- Matt Jaunich, administrator, City of Hutchinson
- Randy Schubring, city council president, City of Rochester
- Charlie Yunker, city manager, City of St. Anthony Village
Elected to serve a two-year term:
- Elizabeth Torkelson, administrator, City of Olivia
Officers for 2026-2027
- President: Courtney Johnson, mayor, City of Carver
- 1stVice President: Evan Vogel, administrator, City of Cambridge
- 2nd Vice President: Sharon Hanson, administrator, City of Marshall
