ACCOUNTING SERVICES. The City of North Branch is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountant to audit its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with the option, upon mutual agreement, of auditing the financial statements for each of the four subsequent fiscal years. The audit of the City is to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as outlined by GASB requirements, Federal laws, IRS regulations, and State of Minnesota statutory requirements. The city may require a single audit in future years of the engagement. Please click under detailed information for the complete RFP request. To be considered, one master hard copy of the proposal must be received prior to the deadline. In addition, firms should email an electronic version of the proposal to the contact listed. The City of Inver Grove Heights is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants to audit its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024/December 31 2028. The audit of the City is to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as outlined by GASB requirements, Federal laws, IRS regulations, and State of Minnesota statutory requirements. The city will require a single audit in the first year of the engagement and may require single audits in future years of the engagement. To be considered, a digital copy of the proposal must be received by 4 p.m. September 3, 2024. Digital copies may be sent to Assistant Finance Director Sam Hosszu at [email protected]. BANKING AND FINANCIAL CUSTODY SERVICES.  The City of Edina and the East Edina Housing Foundation are seeking proposals from qualified banks (banks, trust companies or national banking associations) located and/or authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota, to provide banking and financial custody services. CITY MANAGER EVALUATION. The City of Edina is seeking RFPs for a consultant to facilitate the City Manager’s Evaluation. The selected consultant will assist with the City Manager’s performance evaluation, tentatively planned for this December, and will be responsible for conducting the review and facilitating the debrief with the City Council and City Manager. More information and the full RFP are available by reviewing our website. RFP’s are due by July 26 at 4 p.m., questions should be submitted by July 24.

CONTRACTED LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Eagan is requesting proposals from qualified firms for legal services in the following 3 areas: City Attorney/General Legal Services, Labor Attorney/Labor Legal Services, and Prosecution Services. Interested firms may submit a proposal for one or more of the legal services requested in this RFP document. Please note that proposals for more than one of the three services must be submitted as separate documents. Proposals must be received by 4:30 pm on Friday, August 2, 2024.

ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Shafer invites proposals from firms interested in offering a broad range of general engineering services and related technical expertise. The selected firm is expected to be a versatile, full-service entity and will act as the City Engineer. FINANCIAL STATEMENT AUDIT. The City of Fertile is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2023, December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025. The audit will also include city-owned Fair Meadow Nursing Home and Assisted Living for their fiscal years ending September 30, 2023, September 30, 2024, and September 30, 2025. The firm selected will also need to prepare the annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for Fair Meadow Nursing Home. FIRE DEPARTMENT COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE AND MANAGEMENT STUDY. The Lower St. Croix Valley Fire Protection District (a five city JPA) is requesting RFPs from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive performance and management study with a resulting written Master Plan. The responsibilities and application process are described in a Request for Proposal document available by request from District Chairperson Beth Olfelt-Nelson at [email protected], or Fire Chief Jim Stanley at [email protected].  Deadline for submission is August 23, 2024.

LEGAL SERVICES. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is seeking RFQs for legal services. MCWD Counsel are to possess considerable experience in: 1) watershed/environmental law and policy development, 2) drainage law, 3) municipal/governmental law and land use regulation, 4) real estate law, 5) employment law, 6) public sector contract law, 7) conflict resolution and mediation, and 8) litigation. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Ada is requesting proposals from qualified firms that practice in general Municipal Law and could provide legal services to our City. TWIN HOMES CONSTRUCTION. The City of Lamberton and their EDA invites proposals for the construction of twin homes on fully serviced, ready-to-build lots. This project, guided by restrictive covenants, aims to enhance local housing options in line with the ongoing Redwood County housing study. Qualified developers and builders are encouraged to submit their designs and project plans.
