AIRPORT MASTER PLAN AND AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN. Long Prairie is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide planning services in the development of an Airport Master Plan and Airport Layout Plan for the Long Prairie Municipal Airport – Todd Field. All work is required to comply with FAA requirements and regulations. Quotes most be received no later than 2 p.m. on Wednesday April 15. AUTOMATIC METER READING EQUIPMENT. Harris is requesting quotes to provide automated meter reading equipment (water meters, encoders & AMR meter reading system, software) for its water department. Quotes must be received no later than 2 p.m. on April 6. Quotes received after the above date and time may not be considered. BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES. Lakeland is requesting proposals for building inspection services. FIRE DEPARTMENT OPERATIONAL STUDY. The Centennial Fire District (Circle Pines and Centerville) are seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in conducting an study of fire department operations and providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations to the Fire Steering Committee. The District is looking for expertise in evaluating its existing fire service delivery structure, providing analysis on alternatives structures, identifying structural and operational efficiency and effectiveness opportunities and recruitment and retention efforts. LAWN MOWING SERVICES. Lake Elmo is accepting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide lawn maintenance at identified city owned parks, trails, and properties for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 growing seasons. The scope of work includes providing labor, equipment, and affiliated material for lawn maintenance care to properties owned and operated by the City of Lake Elmo. The City requires weekly mowing and trimming of ~54 acres from April 15-Oct. 15. Areas are in regularly used parks, auxiliary yards, well houses, lift stations and roadway boulevards. RETAINING WALLS. Landfall is requesting sealed proposals for the removal and replacement of three (3) retaining walls. Project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions and Responsible Contractor Certification. SMALL AREA PLAN. Rochester is issuing an RFP seeking qualified consulting firms to create a Small Area Plan for the redevelopment of approximately 61 acres of land to be known as Downtown Waterfront S.E. Small Area Plan. Tasks include but are not limited to creating a redevelopment vision for the area, establishment of a multi-modal transportation system, establishment of a street pattern, stormwater management and green infrastructure strategy.
