AIRPORT ENGINEERING AND PLANNING SERVICES. The City of Buffalo, Minnesota is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified airport consultants to provide professional engineering, environmental, and planning services for the Buffalo Municipal Airport. This RFQ is not for a specific project, but rather to establish a qualified consultant (or consultant team) for as-needed services over the next five (5) years. Professional, technical, and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Airport’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The City of Fairmont, Minnesota is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified airport consultants to provide professional engineering, environmental, and planning services for the Fairmont Municipal Airport. This request is not for a specific project, but to establish a qualified consultant for anticipated projects from 2026–2030, subject to Federal and State funding. Services may include planning, design, bidding, construction administration, and environmental studies related to projects identified in the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Chaska is requesting proposals for Architectural and Engineering for full A/E design and construction services for a proposed new Chaska Library Building. BOOKKEEPING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES. Lakes Area Community Television (LATV 10), serving Forest Lake and Columbus MN, seeks qualified bookkeeping or financial management professionals to support day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with public-sector accounting standards. Scope includes general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, budget tracking, fund/grant accounting, and audit preparation. The selected provider will also help strengthen internal controls and improve financial systems and workflows. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of experience, preferably with governmental, nonprofit, or joint powers entities, and are familiar with fund accounting and audit support. CATCH BASIN REPAIR PROJECT NO. 26484957. The City of Twin Lakes will be accepting sealed bids until May 1, 2026, at 12 p.m. for catch basin repair, and will open said bids on May 4, 2026, at 5 p.m. during the Council Meeting. COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY. The City of Edina is requesting proposals from a firm or team of professionals with proven experience in analyzing current and projected classification and compensation structures of similar positioned public entities. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Mountain Iron is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to lead the update of its Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm is expected to collaborate closely with City staff, City Council, Commissions, engineering consultants, residents, and community stakeholders to develop and oversee the update to ensure the plan complies with Minnesota Statutes. CONSULTANT CITY PLANNER SERVICES. The City of Oak Park Heights is seeking proposals for consultant City Planner services. This vital role involves serving as the primary planning resource to manage land use, zoning administration, and development review functions. The selected professional will work closely with City staff, appointed officials, and elected officials to ensure all actions align with the community’s long-term goals and comprehensive plan. CULVERT REPAIR PROJECT NO. 2658457. The City of Twin Lakes will be accepting sealed bids by May 1 at 12 p.m. for its culvert repair project. They will be opened at a council meeting on May 4 at 5 p.m. Scope of Work: Remove and replace 1 each of a concrete culvert 60’ long x 48” in diameter, 1 CY class 5 gravel, 2 CY sand and 1 CY asphalt. FACILITIES SYSTEM PLAN. The City of West St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking qualifications and fee proposals from architectural and planning firms for a Facilities System Plan. The plan will assess the City’s existing public facilities, evaluate the full range of options for meeting current and future needs, and produce a phasing and sequencing strategy across a 10 to 20 year planning horizon. The City is looking for a firm with strong experience in public sector facilities planning, the ability to think in systems terms where every facility decision affects the others, and a track record of producing concise, decision-ready analysis. HISTORIC PROPERTY FOR SALE. The City of Hopkins is seeking proposals from qualified buyers to purchase and adaptively reuse the historic Albert Pike Masonic Lodge at 907 Mainstreet. Built in 1902 and currently vacant, the property is located in downtown Hopkins. The City’s goals are to ensure responsible stewardship, prevent demolition of key historic elements, and select a buyer who can close promptly and deliver a feasible, community-oriented use that enhances downtown activity. LOW VOLTAGE CONTRACTOR. The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District (MMCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified low-voltage contractors to provide on-call installation, repair, expansion, and troubleshooting services for fire alarm systems, access control systems, and security camera systems across multiple District facilities. The Hibbing Public Utilities, Hibbing, Minnesota is requesting qualified Architectural, Engineering and Survey (A/E/S) service providers to submit an SF330 form and applicable supporting information to qualify for HPU’s facilities maintenance and capital improvement projects to be awarded for 2026-2030 quinquennium. OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE/CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District (MMCD) in St. Paul, Minnesota, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative and Capital Project Management services. This RFP seeks a consultant to provide strategic guidance, coordination, and oversight for projects identified in the District’s capital plan. Key initiatives include the St. Paul Lab Renovation, which requires managing construction phasing in an occupied facility, and the Maple Grove Warehouse project. PARKS AND RECREATION FRAMEWORK PLAN. The City of Elk River is seeking proposals to create a framework plan to guide the city’s parks and recreation system over the next decade. REDEVELOPMENT. The City of Cloquet Economic Development Authority (Cloquet EDA) is seeking a qualified long-term development partner with past successful experience utilizing state and federal brownfield funding to initiate cleaning up industrial sites and then successfully redeveloping sites into viable mixed-use projects. The Cloquet EDA has released a Request for Proposals for the Redevelopment of Brenny Dahl Block Plant in Cloquet. The site is nestled into the crown jewel of the city’s park system, Pine Valley Recreation Area, and adjacent Northwoods Credit Union Arena, and is privately owned featuring approximately eight (8) acres of developable land along the South Highway 33 corridor in Cloquet, MN. The Cloquet EDA, in partnership with the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission and project consultant Stantec, leveraged over $100,000 in federal Environmental Protection Agency funding for environmental due diligence and redevelopment master planning vetted with commercial, hospitality, and housing real estate demand analysis for this site. REFUSE & RECYCLING HAULING SERVICES. The City of Le Sueur is requesting proposals from qualified companies who are interested in providing contractual Residential Refuse & Recycling Hauling Services.
