AIRPORT ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Maple Lake is seeking qualifications from firms to provide engineering and planning services for Bill Mavencamp Sr, Field a public airport operated by the city. The consultant will provide engineering and planning services for all State funded projects and assist the Airport Manger with project identification and project budget needs. AUDIT SERVICES. The City of Spring Lake Park is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to provide independent annual auditing services for fiscal years 2026 through 2030, with the option to extend the engagement for up to five additional one-year periods. The scope includes financial statement auditing, Minnesota legal compliance and Government Auditing Standards reporting, financial statement preparation, Office of the State Auditor reporting assistance, and Single Audit services when required. CITY MANAGER EXECUTIVE SEARCH SERVICES. The City of Chanhassen is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms to help the City Council recruit and select the city’s next City Manager. Chanhassen is a growing community of approximately 28,700 residents in Carver County with a council-manager form of government and about 85 full-time employees. The selected firm will manage the full search, from developing the position profile through appointment and transition support. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT. The City of Hopkins is seeking proposals for public engagement services to support the 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update. The City is seeking a creative and community-focused consultant or consulting team to supplement the City’s public engagement efforts. The City is looking for fun, innovative, and accessible ways to connect with residents, businesses, and community members through pop-up events, interactive activities, community events, neighborhood outreach, and other creative approaches beyond traditional public meetings. ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Foley is requesting proposals from experienced engineering firms for general municipal engineering services. The firm requesting consideration should be aware that experience in the area of municipal engineering is a requirement. The applicant shall have sufficient resources to ensure that all the demands of the City’s engineering needs are met on a timely basis. DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY. The City of Waconia is seeking proposals from a qualified developer to redevelop a 9-acre, city-owned parcel, located at 801 Highway 284. FIRE STATION DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY. The City of Waconia is seeking a developer or business to reuse or redevelop the City’s former fire station site located at 26 Maple Street South. The 0.56-acre opportunity site is in downtown Waconia at the southwest corner of Main Street West and Maple Street South. FIRE STATION REDEVELOPMENT. The Cloquet Economic Development Authority (EDA) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the re-development of the former Cloquet Fire Hall at 508 Cloquet Avenue. A copy of this proposal document may be obtained from the Cloquet EDA website at www.cloqueteda.com, or at the City of Cloquet – City Hall – 101 14th Street Cloquet, MN 55720, or by contacting Tim Peterson, Cloquet City Administrator at (218) 879-3347 or [email protected]. The Cloquet EDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any informality in the proposals, this RFP is subject to EDA approval and review by legal counsel. FREIGHT RAIL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY. The Sandstone Economic Development Authority (SEDA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek information and inquiries from potential developers interested in providing Public Private Partnership services for a freight rail development opportunity (likely a Transload Facility) on a roughly 75-acre site owned by the SEDA. The purpose of this RFI is for the SEDA to evaluate the interest of developers in the potential development of the site at the south end of Sandstone Business Park through which there are BNSF mainline tracks. Based on the information received and the SEDA’s evaluation of it, a Preferred Developer will be selected to implement the development of the rail-adjacent site. The selected Preferred Developer and the SEDA will enter into a Preliminary Development Agreement, which will guide the Developer/SEDA partnership during the process of preparing a site development plan. The Preferred Developer will work collaboratively with SEDA, the City, and the public. It is anticipated that the Preferred Developer and the SEDA will ultimately enter into a Development Agreement, which will guide the Developer/SEDA partnership during the site development process. INSURANCE AGENT OF RECORD. The City of Sartell is requesting proposals from qualified insurance brokers to serve as the City’s Insurance Agent of Record for its property, auto, and liability League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) policies renewing August 1, 2027. The selected broker will advise the City on insurance coverage, assist with annual renewals, claims management, risk exposures, loss control, and related insurance services. The City anticipates a five-year contract with three additional one-year renewal options. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Inver Grove Heights seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide contract prosecution services related to the prosecution of all petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor, and gross misdemeanor offenses (except those statutorily required to be prosecuted by the Dakota County Attorney’s Office) as required by Minn. Stat. Sec. 484.87. The City seeks to have the services commence on Jan. 1, 2027. The complete RFP can be found on the city website at www.ighmn.gov/Bids. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Stillwater is seeking proposals from qualified law firms for criminal prosecutorial services on a consulting or contractual basis. The firm selected will begin on Jan. 1, 2027 and anticipates a three-year contract. Detailed information is outlined in the RFP available on the city’s website stillwatermn.gov/ bids. MANAGED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES. The City of Virginia, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Managed Information Technology Services. Services include help desk support, server and workstation management, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 administration, data backup and recovery, network support and coordination, emergency IT support, and technology planning. SAFE STREETS AND ROADS ACTION PLAN. The City of Hutchinson, Minnesota, will be receiving Proposals via email until 1 p.m. CST on Nov. 12, 2026. Proposals should be sent to Blake Barnard at [email protected]. The City of Hutchinson, through this Request for Proposal (RFP), is seeking the assistance of a qualified consulting business to assist with the development of a Safe Streets and Roads Action Plan for adoption by the Hutchinson City Council. Proposals will be available Friday, Oct. 16, 2026 and can be obtained by contacting Blake Barnard at [email protected].
SNOW REMOVAL. The City of White Bear Lake will be accepting bids for down town snow hauling for the 2026 – 2027 season. Contractors interested in submitting a bid should contact the Public Works Department at 651-747-3650 or email at [email protected] before the Oct. 14, 2026 deadline; to request a bid form. All bids must be submitted before Oct. 14 at 3:30 p.m. to be considered. Bids will be accepted for down town hauling as requested.
