AUDITING SERVICES. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District is soliciting the services of qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2024 and 2025. The audit is to be performed in accordance with the provisions contained in the request and all applicable legal and professional standards. It is further anticipated that the firm selected shall provide audit adjustment notations as needed and advise as to procedural changes for the betterment of the financial record-keeping of MCWD. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. The City of Stewartville, MN is inviting proposals from interested persons/firms to provide Construction Management Services for the proposed expansion of the Public Library, 102 2nd St. SE. EXECUTIVE SEARCH. The City of Willmar is seeking proposals from experienced executive recruiters to assist in the selection of a highly qualified Chief of Police. This position is critical to our commitment to public safety, community engagement, and effective law enforcement, as outlined in the Request for Proposals document on the City of Willmar’s website, www.willmarmn.gov. FINANCIAL STATEMENT AUDIT. The City of Fertile is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2023, December 31, 2024, and December 31, 2025. The audit will also include city-owned Fair Meadow Nursing Home and Assisted Living for their fiscal years ending September 30, 2023, September 30, 2024, and September 30, 2025. The firm selected will also need to prepare the annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for Fair Meadow Nursing Home. HOUSING DEVELOPMENT. The City of Foley is soliciting responses to an RFP for the design, financing, and construction of single-family and multi-family housing on city-owned land located in Foley. Financial incentives to assist with the development of this project are available. LEGAL COUNSEL. The Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization (VLAWMO) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional legal counsel services on an “as needed” basis for 2025 and 2026. The VLAWMO Board is seeking a renewal of legal counsel services to address a continued need. VLAWMO will select a firm based on experience, technical capacity, billing rate, responsiveness and the scope of services listed here: stormwater management, public drainage, & utility issues; contract & agreement review; legal boundary updates; Wetland Conservation Act appeals; enforcement action; and Joint Powers Agreement updates, as requested. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Excelsior seeks proposals from individuals or firms interested in providing legal services to the city. The RFP seeks both civil and criminal (i.e., prosecution) services.  Firms or individuals are welcome to submit proposals for one or both of these duties. Responses are due by October 10. The city is also exploring (as an alternative to engaging a contract city attorney) the possibility of hiring an in-house attorney either as a part-time city attorney or a combination of an attorney and assistant to the city manager. MOWING SERVICES. The City of Wyoming is accepting proposals to provide lawn mowing services for certain City parks, lift stations, wells, and right-of-ways. The three-year contract would comment on January 1, 2025 and expire on December 31, 2027. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be consistent with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP on or by 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, 2024. REDEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The City of North St. Paul is seeking proposals from qualified local developers for the Margaret Street Commons redevelopment site. The proposals should include the design, financing, and construction of a multi-family mixed-use development. SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL (SS4A). The City of Maple Lake is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the creation of a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP). TOWING, IMPOUNDING, AND STORAGE OF MOTOR VEHICLES. The City of Maple Grove Police Department is requesting proposals (RFP) for towing, impounding, and storage of motor vehicles for the city, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, on an as needed and directed basis. The three-year contract would commence on November 15, 2024, and expire on November 14, 2027.  Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be consistent with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP on or by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE.  The City of New Prague, Minnesota is seeking proposals for consultant services , in consultation with city staff, to create a new Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance to be incorporated with related existing ordinances (Floodplain and Building Regulations) which we are calling a “Unified Development Code” for the City of New Prague, Minnesota.
