ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE. The City of Blue Earth is seeking proposals from qualified companies or organizations interested in providing accounting system software to the City beginning in 2024. The City of Blue Earth is a local unit of government located in Faribault County, Minnesota. The City employees 26 full-time employees, plus seasonal and part-time staff. The City’s accounting system consists of the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Point of Sale, Timecard and Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Budget, and Reporting Modules. AIRPORT ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES. The Baudette-Lake of the Woods County Airport Commission, Baudette, MN (“Commission”) is requesting Statements of Qualification (“RFQ Proposal”) from interested and qualified consultants for professional engineering and architectural services for the Baudette International Airport (“Airport”). Professional, technical, and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Airport’s Capital Improvement Plan (“CIP”). AIRPORT ENGINEERING AND PLANNING SERVICES. The City of Blue Earth, Minnesota is hereby soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from airport consultants for projects at the Blue Earth Municipal Airport. Subject to receipt of Federal and State funding, the required services include, but are not limited to, A/E services for planning, preliminary and final design, bidding and construction phase services including incidental special services for projects funded under the FAA Airport Improvement Program. The City of Blue Earth anticipates projects to be funded in part by Mn/DOT Aeronautics and the Federal Aviation Administration. All services provided must be in compliance with current Mn/DOT and FAA policies and standards. A complete copy of this RFP can be obtained on the city website at www.becity.org . AIRPORT PLANNING. The City of Owatonna, MN is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for Professional On-Call Airport Planning, Engineering and Architectural Services at the Owatonna Degner Regional Airport for the next five (5) years. Professional, technical and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Airport’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP). A detailed copy of the CIP, ALP and Master Plan can be requested from the Airport or the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Office of Aeronautics. Consultants should be familiar with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State aviation funding programs and requirements. AUDITING SERVICES. The City of Golden Valley is requesting proposals from qualified CPA firms who specialize in local government accounting to provide professional auditing services for the financial years of 2023, 2024 and 2025. CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES. The City Council of the City of LeRoy invites interested law firms and individuals with a minimum of five years of municipal experience to submit written proposals to provide City Attorney services to the City. This relationship would be on a consultation or contractual basis as opposed to a staff position. Credit River recently incorporated as a city and is seeking a civil city attorney to provide legal advice and guidance as we develop the framework for our city. DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT. The City of Halstad’s Landmark, formerly Norman County West High School Building, with over 40,000 sq. ft. and accompanying green space, approximately 10 acres is being offered for development and redevelopment. The property at 225 2nd Ave East is being offered with a contingency that any lease or sale be based on an acceptable redevelopment of all or a portion of the property. The offering will be through a request for proposal in order to review the offers in the context of the proposed end-use of the property, and in conformance with the evaluation criteria. PRINTING SERVICES. The City of Falcon Heights is seeking proposals from vendors who are interested in providing cost-effective and quality services for the City’s 2024 Printing Services to provide newsletter/postcard printing. The print vendor must be located in close proximity to City Hall to provide timely printing services. RECRUITMENT SERVICES. The City of Savage is requesting proposals from qualified recruitment firms to assist in a Finance Director recruitment starting in Jan 2024. TRANSPORTATION STUDY. The Mankato/North Mankato Area Planning Organization (MAPO) has released three separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit responses from qualified firms for the purposes of producing separate deliverables: 1) Metropolitan Transportation Plan Update in the MAPO Planning area; 2) Stoltzman Rd and Riverfront Drive Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) in Mankato; 3) Highway 14 Corridor Study in Eagle Lake. Each study will undergo a separate procurement/ranking/contract selection process. Proposals will be submitted individually per study. Firms selected must have experience and expertise in corridor transportation and multimodal planning. The RFPs are available online at http://www.mnmapo.org/rfps. WATER TREATMENT PLANT ENGINEERING SERVICES. The Brainerd Public Utilities (BPU) Commission is requesting proposals (RFP) for engineering services related to the addition of filter backwash water reclamation to the existing water treatment plant and integration with the existing systems. RFP Submissions are due Jan. 19, 2024 by 2 p.m. in a sealed envelope.
