AUDIT SERVICES. Victoria is requesting Statements of Proposal for independent professional auditing services for the city. A copy of the RFP is available by downloading a PDF copy at the city’s website at www.ci.victoria.mn.us. To be considered, please submit three paper copies of your Statement of Proposal in accordance with the specifications to Trisha Pollock, Finance Director, City of Victoria, 1670 Stieger Lake Ln, PO Box 36, Victoria, MN 55386. All Statements of Proposal must be received no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, June 26.

AUDIT SERVICES. The Harmony Fire Relief Association is seeking a professional for lawful gambling audit, 990 and 990-T fillings, and Agreed-Upon Procedures Guide for Volunteer Fire Relief Associations. The fire relief revenue is between $600,000 and $700,000 with net revenue of about $120,000. AUDIT SERVICES. Mora is seeking proposals from certified public accounting firms to prepare an audit and its financial statements for its fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019, with the option of auditing its financial statements for the succeeding fiscal years. The Office of the State Auditor has granted the city an extension of the filing deadline to Sept. 1, 2020. Additional details may be found in the full copy of the RFP available at www.ci.mora.mn.us. Proposals must be received no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, and the successful proposer will be recommended for approval to the Mora City Council on June 2. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES. Maplewood is issuing an RFP for construction management services for the city’s North Fire Station Construction Project. The city is seeking a construction management firm with experience with fire stations, public safety facilities or other relevant projects to assist with pre-construction and construction services for the proposed 30,000 square foot facility. HISTORIC RESTORATION/REHAB. Granite Falls project includes historic restoration and rehabilitation of portions of the city’s historic two-story masonry and concrete park shelter. Work includes stone and brick masonry repairs and repointing; new masonry infill with related excavation and waterproofing in a limited area; repairs and rehabilitation of wood construction at various openings; and painting. Bids must be submitted by May 26, 2 p.m. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. LEGAL SERVICES. Blackduck is seeking a qualified individual or firm to provide municipal legal services. The basic services requested; required proposal elements; description of City/City Attorney relationship; and compensation are detailed in the Request for Proposals upon request to the City of Blackduck City Administrator Christina Regas PO Box 380 Blackduck, MN 56630; by phone (218) 835-4803; or by email Christina.regas@blackduckmn.com. Proposals will be evaluated by a committee consisting of one council member, the chief of police, and city administrator. Proposals are due by May 18 and the successful proposer will be recommended for final approval to the Blackduck City Council on June 8.

SPACE STUDY. Maplewood is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a study of space use at its city campus. The city is seeking a space-planning firm or team of architect and engineering professionals with experience in renovation concept planning to identify needs and develop options that ensure a high efficiency workplace and meet changing customer demands for in-person services. The city is asking the consultant to provide an assessment of space needs, concept plan, cost estimating, and project phasing. RFPs due May 22.
