2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Waconia is seeking proposals from qualified planning and multidisciplinary consultants to assist with development and adoption of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The city is seeking a master consultant to lead and deliver the full comprehensive planning process, except for the Local Surface Water Management, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer, and Transportation chapters, which will be completed by a city selected engineering consultant. ACCOUNTING SERVICES. The Chisago Lakes Joint Sewer Treatment Commission (CLJSTC) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive accounting and financial services. Services include financial reporting, governmental accounting, audit support, budgeting, financial planning, and related advisory services for the Commission’s regional wastewater treatment operations. AIRPORT PLANNING CONSULTANTS. The City of Luverne requests for qualifications for an Airport Master Plan in Luverne, MN. Submittal deadline is Sept. 15, 2026 by 4 p.m. to Operations/HR Manager at [email protected] and copy City Administrator Jill Wolf at [email protected]. AUDIT SERVICES. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD or the District) is soliciting the services of qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, and 2027. The audit is to be performed in accordance with the provisions contained in this request for proposals and all applicable legal and professional standards. It is further anticipated that the firm selected shall provide audit adjustment notations as needed and advise as to procedural changes for the betterment of the financial record-keeping of MCWD. AUDIT SERVICES. The City of Savage is requesting proposals from qualified public accounting firms for audit services for fiscal years ending Dec. 31, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. A copy of the RFP may be obtained by emailing [email protected]. Questions must be submitted by Aug. 24, 2026 with proposals due on September 2, 2026. The selected firm will be notified prior to Sept. 30, 2026. City Council is anticipated to formally award the contract on Oct. 19, 2026. CLASSIFICATION STUDY. The City of Andover, Minnesota, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Job Classification, Compensation, and Total Rewards Study. The project will include review of job descriptions and classifications, market compensation analysis, internal equity and pay structure review, total rewards benchmarking, development of a compensation philosophy, implementation recommendations, and staff training. The City seeks a practical, sustainable system that supports recruitment and retention, fiscal responsibility, and compliance with the Minnesota Local Government Pay Equity Act. CONSULTING SERVICES. The City of Edina is seeking proposals from qualified economic, urban planning, or real estate consulting firms to study and update the City’s Policy for New Multi-Family Affordable Housing, including both rental and ownership developments. The purpose of this project is to develop a clear, legally defensible, market-sensitive framework for increasing affordable housing opportunities in Edina and integrating affordable housing into the City’s broader housing development strategy. Proposals must be submitted electronically to Stephanie Hawkinson at [email protected] no later than 4:30 p.m. CST on Oct. 5, 2026. Proposals must include all items identified in the Proposal Content Requirements section and be submitted in the order listed. Failure to include requested information may result in disqualification. CONSULTING SERVICES. This request for qualifications (RFQ) is issued by Three Rivers Park District (Park District) to identify consulting firms providing specific professional consulting services to support Park District staff. The Park District has identified multiple areas of practice where the need may arise for the use of outside consultants. These areas of practice generally include architecture, engineering, planning, landscape architecture, natural resources, and certain specialty areas. All questions about this RFQ are to be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject line of: RFQ Inquiry and must be received by 2 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2026. Park District responses to questions will be emailed to all firms. The Park District will be requesting all submittals electronically. Submittals should be sent to [email protected] and must have “2027 RFQ” in the subject line. Deadline for the submittal is 2 p.m., Sept. 15, 2026. Contact with any other Park District staff pertaining to this RFQ is prohibited and may result in rejection of the consultant’s submittal. 

HARDWARE LIFECYCLE AND COMPUTER PURCHASING. The City of Mora, Minnesota, is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for standardized computer hardware, docking stations, displays, peripherals, and related setup/configuration services. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Becker is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to provide general civil attorney legal services on a consulting or contractual basis. The firm selected will be designated as the City Attorney, with services to begin on Jan. 1, 2027. The full Request for Proposal is available on the city’s website, ci.becker.mn.us. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Virginia, Minnesota, is accepting proposals for contracted legal services from qualified firms or individuals experienced in municipal law. The selected City Attorney will provide legal counsel related to the City’s regular governing and operating activities, including general municipal law, land use, economic development, contracts, labor relations, and other municipal matters. MANAGED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES. The City of Mora, Minnesota, is requesting quotes from qualified firms to provide managed Information Technology (IT) support services. The City is soliciting IT support separately from hardware purchasing, security cameras/access control, and website/CMS services to compare service middles, pricing, contract language, and long-term operational fit. NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER CONSTRUCTION. The City of Willmar, Minnesota, is soliciting proposals from qualified trades to perform HVAC and Electrical work in the Willmar Connect Network Operations Center. Willmar Connect is an open-access fiber optic network owned by the City. All head-end infrastructure will be housed in an existing City-owned building. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. The Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed District desire to update their list of accountants, attorneys, engineers, human resource, and information technologies professionals experienced in the work of Watershed Districts. The solicitation will enable the Managers to identify consultants qualified to supply the professional services needed by the District; these currently include: engineer, attorney, accountant, human resource, and information technologies services. Based upon the review of the emailed information, the Managers will determine whether a personal appearance is required and, if necessary, will notify you. Emailed proposals should include background and profile information on the firm, along with the specific information as to expertise in watershed district matters, hourly billing rates for 2027-2028, and names and qualifications of personnel. REALTOR SERVICES. The City of Wadena and the Wadena Economic Development Authority (WDA) are accepting sealed proposals from licensed real estate brokers/agents to provide realtor services for the sale of City-owned property in Wadena, MN, including commercial and business park lots, open lots, residential lots in Pinewood Estates, and a building (the former library). Proposals must include realtor qualifications, references, a marketing plan, and proposed commission/fees, per the full RFP. SECURITY CAMERAS AND ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS. The City of Mora, Minnesota, is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for security cameras and, if proposed, access control solutions for City facilities. The city is soliciting this separately from managed IT support and general hardware purchasing because physical security systems involve facility specific design, video retention, service response, data access controls, and long-term support considerations distinct from other technology services.
