AIRPORT ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING/PLANNING SERVICES. Le Sueur is accepting statements of qualifications and experience from airport consultants for Professional On-Call Airport Planning, Engineering, Architectural, and other general advisory services. COMPLETION OF FOURPLEX DEVELOPMENT. Blue Earth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is requesting proposals for the completion of a fourplex development. A meeting for all interested bidders will be held at 12 p.m. at Blue Earth City Hall, 125 W. 6th Street on June 13. Proposals received later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5 will not be considered. FINANCIAL AUDITING SERVICES. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform the annual audit of its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2022 and 2023. INTERPRETIVE PLAN (WAYFINDING).  LITTLE FALLS is accepting RFPs with experience, and price quotation for professional services to prepare a public-driven interpretive plan.  The plan seeks to highlight the built, natural, human, and cultural capital located throughout the city. LIBRARY INTERIOR DESIGNER/SPACE PLANNING CONSULTANT. Walker is in the planning stage of reconstructing the Walker Public Library and is requesting proposals a Library Interior Designer/Space Planning Consultant. LEGAL SERVICES. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District seeks qualifications of interested firms to perform legal services in the areas of watershed/environmental law and policy development, drainage law, municipal/governmental law and land use regulation, real estate law, employment law, public sector contract law, conflict resolution and mediation, and litigation. LEGAL SERVICES. Marshall invites interested law firms and individuals to submit written proposals to provide city attorney services to the city in the areas of general counsel, land use services, and criminal services. The respondent to the RFP can submit for each area of city attorney services listed based on their interest. PLANNING SERVICES – ON CALL. Marine on St Croix is requesting professional planning service proposals from a qualified firm or planner to support the City Planning Commission on an as-needed basis. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. Burnsville is currently soliciting Request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional consulting firms interested in providing services to the City of Burnsville for 2023-2027.  The city is interested in receiving services from consultants that can demonstrate an understanding and appreciation for municipal services. The specific areas of practice considered for professional engineering services are municipal engineering, transportation engineering, surface water & parks & natural resources, and technical specialty services. A copy of the SOQ document providing information regarding the city’s needs and requirements is available on the city website at www.burnsvillemn.gov/bids. The city requires one digital copy of statements of qualifications with supporting material no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 12. The selection committee will review the submittals, narrow down the list of potential firms and conduct interviews, if necessary, in September.  The City Council will consider staff’s recommendations at a Council meeting in October/November.  The contract term will be Jan. 1, 2023 – Dec. 31, 2027. PROSECUTION SERVICES. Cambridge is seeking proposals for prosecution services including services to victims of crime as provided in Minnesota Statute Chapter 611A. Criminal prosecution services include but are not limited to all petty misdemeanors and misdemeanor offenses committed within the corporate limits of the city. RECREATION FACILITY FEASIBILITY. Marshall and the Marshall Area YMCA are seeking a consulting firm to conduct a feasibility of an indoor recreation facility and conduct a feasibility study evaluating future operation options for the existing Marshall Area YMCA, currently owned by the Marshall Area YMCA. The study should include a comprehensive needs assessment of current and future indoor recreation needs of our residents, and an analysis of the feasibility of constructing and operating an indoor recreation facility and maintaining the Marshall Area YMCA as a viable facility for future years. ROOFING SERVICES. Aitkin is seeking bids to redo the roof on our Police Station at 109 1st Avenue NW, Aitkin, MN 56431. The bidding period will be from June 14 through the bid opening on June 30 at 3 p.m. at the Aitkin City Hall, located at 130 Southgate Dr. Ste 200, Aitkin, MN 56431. The specification document evidences the scope of work, but all proposals should include a listing of every element of the contract that the vendor will provide during the installation. A contractor will be selected to do a roof cut and the information provided to all bidders. If desired, contractors can do their own inspection and all inquiries should be directed to City Administrator Mike Skrbich at (218) 927-2527, or mike@ci.aitkin.mn.us. All bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope to the above address. The evaluation criteria will be provided in the bid packet, available electronically off the City of Aitkin website or at City Hall.

SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL. Oak Park Heights is requesting proposals from qualified companies who are interested in providing contractual Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services.
