How to save a PDF

If you would like to save the page you’re viewing as a PDF document, here are the steps:

  1. Click icon with 3 stacked dots Setting button with vertical dots / Setting button with horizontal dots or Setting button with stacked lines lines to the right of the URL bar at the top of your browser
  2. Select the “Print” option
  3. A pop up window like this one should appear, ensure the Destination field is set to “Save as PDF” (this may be a dropdown or “Change” button)
  4. Click “Save,” then select the location and name for the file on your computer

ARPA Project and Expenditure Report Office Hours

Need help filing your ARPA Project and Expenditure Report by April 30? The League has you covered.

If your city received ARPA funds, and has yet to complete the closeout process, you are required to file the Project and Expenditure Report by the deadline. Annual filers will report on activity that occurred between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026.

A Project and Expenditure Report is required even if all APRA funds have been spent and reported on a previous report. ARPA funds needed to be obligated by Dec. 31, 2024, and reported on the 2025 Project and Expenditure Report. Any ARPA funds not reported as obligated on the April 2025 Project and Expenditure Report will need to be returned to the Department of the Treasury. Reporting requirements don’t end there. Until invited to closeout by the Treasury, and until closeout is submitted, the Project and Expenditure report must be filed.
