It includes the fundamentals of Respect@Work for Employees course, and then dives deeper in to the unique role that those with leadership or supervisory roles play in creating a culture free from discrimination and harassment.

  • Explain the benefits of a respectful workplace and your role as supervisor in supporting this.
  • Recognize signs of discrimination and harassment.
  • Discuss how intention is different from impact and why that matters.
  • Demonstrate the steps to report concerns about discrimination and harassment.
  • Learn some best practices for how to handle complaints from employees.
