Mayor’s Program: Inspiring Confidence with Executive Presence
Jennifer Hellman, CEO/President, Goff Public
Executive presence can be hard to define, but we recognize it when we see it. It’s the ability to inspire confidence in the people around you through how you communicate, listen, make decisions and carry yourself — especially when the pressure is on. In this session, Goff Public President and CEO Jen Hellman will break down what executive presence looks like in practice and how Mayors can strengthen it over time. Attendees will explore practical ways to communicate with clarity, listen with intention, project confidence, act decisively and stay steady in challenging moments. Leave with tools to strengthen your own leadership presence while staying authentic to who you are.
Note:
Newly Elected Leaders program starts at 10:30 a.m.
Next-Level Leaders program starts at 10:45 a.m.
