The 2015 Legislature sent 80 chapters of new law to Gov. Dayton during the regular session, and an additional six chapters during a special session. As always, the League’s intergovernmental relations team has written summaries of all the laws impacting cities and put them in the 2015 Law Summaries publication. This publication will help you understand the new laws that may impact your city operations as well as provide information on proposed legislation that didn’t survive the legislative process.
