2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE: The City of Lakeville is seeking proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide planning services to update the City of Lakeville Comprehensive Plan. A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the city of Lakeville’s website located at https://www.lakevillemn.gov/499/Public-Notices-and-Ordinance-Amendments. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES: Wabasha County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive County Facility Assessment and Space Needs Study. The project will evaluate existing county facilities, identify current and future space needs, and analyze options for renovation, repurposing, or construction, including the feasibility of repurposing existing facilities for alternative county uses. AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES. The City of Jenkins, Minnesota is requesting proposals for auditing and accounting services from firms of certified public accountants to undertake the annual audit and prepare its financial statements for the fiscal year ending 12/31/25 and possibly for the fiscal years ending 12/31/26 and 12/31/27. Audits shall be conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide for Political Subdivisions. Services may also include providing input on the City’s budget structure. The proposals shall be made in accordance with the specifications and must be received by the City of Jenkins no later than 1 pm CDT, Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026. BUILDING OFFICIAL SERVICES. The City of Maple Lake is seeking proposals for Building Official Services. The firm will serve as the City’s building official providing building and fire code inspections and plan reviews and fire marshal services. DEVELOPMENT. The City of Caledonia is seeking proposals for the purchase and development of City owned land at 615 W Washington Street. A paper copy of the RFP is available at City Hall or on the City’s website. Call Jake Dickson with any questions at 507-725-3450.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION. The St Cloud Metropolitan Transit Commission (DBA – Metro Bus) located at 665 Franklin Ave. N.E. St. Cloud, MN. 56304 is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of an integrated enterprise financial management solution to support finance, AR/AP, fixed assets, grant administration, contract management and other business related functions. The proposed solution will either replace or fully integrate with existing systems to meet Metro Bus’s operational and federal and state reporting requirements. Proposals in accordance with the specifications of the RFP will be received in the office of Metro Bus until Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, 2 p.m. CT. Late proposals will not be considered. FIRE ENGINE REFURBISHMENT. The City of Rockford, Minnesota is requesting SEALED bids for the refurbishment of its 2007 Custom FIRE Pumper Engine #11 from qualified companies that have been in the business of emergency apparatus refurbishment for a period of no less than ten (10) years. Please note that all bids must be submitted in a securely sealed envelope and shall be made in accordance with the specifications. All bids must be submitted to the City no later than 4 pm CDT, Monday, Feb. 9, 2026. The RFP Packet can be found on our website. HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT. The City of Hopkins is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to complete a Comprehensive Housing Needs Assessment and Strategic Funding Plan. This work will guide how Hopkins uses new affordable housing resources, support preservation and development strategies, and inform the City’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of East Bethel is requesting proposals from responsible service providers who are licensed attorneys qualified to provide civil and criminal legal services beginning June 1, 2026. A full copy of the RFP can be found on the city website. Proposals should be sent to the Deputy City Administrator no later than 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026. POLICE DEPARTMENT FACILITY STUDY. The City of Buffalo is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Police Department Facility Study and City Center Evaluation. The study will evaluate the existing Buffalo Police Department facility, identify options to address space and operational deficiencies, and develop conceptual alternatives with associated cost estimates. The work will also consider potential integration of the Police Department into a broader City Center or civic campus configuration. Proposals must be received by 12 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026. PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE SERVICES POOL. The City of Brainerd is requesting Letters of Interest (LOIs) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified professional engineering and architecture firms for the purpose of establishing an on-call roster (pool) to provide comprehensive engineering and architecture services for all public works functions. Firms selected through this process will assist the City by providing expertise for planning, design, evaluation, construction support, and other engineering and architecture services on an as-needed basis. SINGLE FAMILY LOT. The Blaine Economic Development Authority is advertising for sale one single family lot located at 8550 Van Buren St NE. EDA will select buyer based on review of proposed purchase price and design of the home proposed for construction on the lot.
