2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE: The City of Lakeville is seeking proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide planning services to update the City of Lakeville Comprehensive Plan. A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the city of Lakeville’s website located at  https://www.lakevillemn.gov/499/Public-Notices-and-Ordinance-Amendments. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES: Wabasha County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive County Facility Assessment and Space Needs Study. The project will evaluate existing county facilities, identify current and future space needs, and analyze options for renovation, repurposing, or construction, including the feasibility of repurposing existing facilities for alternative county uses. ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES: The City of Marshall is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide design, architectural and engineering services for the Marshall Bandshell. The City is seeking the services of an architectural and engineering design team with performance stage and acoustical design experience as well as experience working with public municipal agencies. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT. The City of Mahtomedi, MN is seeking proposals from qualified. Architectural and Engineering firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for a new combined City Hall and Fire Station facility.  Submissions are due February 4, 2026 by 4 p.m. For the full RFP, please visit the City’s website atwww.mahtomedimn.gov.  Any questions can be directed to Scott Neilson, Mahtomedi City Administrator at [email protected].

AUDIT AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES. The City of Jenkins, Minnesota is requesting proposals for auditing and accounting services from firms of certified public accountants to undertake the annual audit and prepare its financial statements for the fiscal year ending 12/31/25 and possibly for the fiscal years ending 12/31/26 and 12/31/27. Audits shall be conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide for Political Subdivisions. Services may also include providing input on the City’s budget structure. The proposals shall be made in accordance with the specifications and must be received by the City of Jenkins no later than 1 pm CDT, Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026. AUDIT SERVICES. The City of East Gull Lake is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to prepare and audit its financial statements for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 with the option of auditing its financial statements for succeeding fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Proposals are due to the City by February 2, 2024. Proposals received after the above date and time may not be considered. AUDIT SERVICES. The City of Henning is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing audit services to the city. Firm will audit the financial statements of the City of Henning. Proposals must be in writing and must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2026. for a copy of the full RFP, please email Jenna Kovarik. AUDIT SERVICES. The City of Eagle Lake, Minnesota, is requesting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms to provide professional auditing services for fiscal years ending Dec. 31, 2025, 2026, and 2027. The City operates on a calendar-year fiscal year and utilizes Banyon Data Systems software. Services include the annual audit and preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and applicable Minnesota requirements. Single Audit and Fire Relief Association audit services may be required. Proposals must be received by 4 p.m. on Jan. 23. COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER SERVICES. The City of . Mora Economic Development Authority (EDA) is seeking proposals from qualified commercial real estate brokers to provide listing and marketing services for city-owned commercial and industrial properties in Mora, Minnesota. DEVELOPMENT. The City of Caledonia is seeking proposals for the purchase and development of City owned land at 615 W Washington Street. A paper copy of the RFP is available at City Hall or on the City’s website. Call Jake Dickson with any questions at 507-725-3450. 

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTION. The St Cloud Metropolitan Transit Commission (DBA – Metro Bus) located at 665 Franklin Ave. N.E. St. Cloud, MN. 56304 is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of an integrated enterprise financial management solution to support finance, AR/AP, fixed assets, grant administration, contract management and other business related functions. The proposed solution will either replace or fully integrate with existing systems to meet Metro Bus’s operational and federal and state reporting requirements. Proposals in accordance with the specifications of the RFP will be received in the office of Metro Bus until Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, 2 p.m. CT. Late proposals will not be considered. FIRE ENGINE REFURBISHMENT. The City of Rockford, Minnesota is requesting SEALED bids for the refurbishment of its 2007 Custom FIRE Pumper Engine #11 from qualified companies that have been in the business of emergency apparatus refurbishment for a period of no less than ten (10) years. Please note that all bids must be submitted in a securely sealed envelope and shall be made in accordance with the specifications.  All bids must be submitted to the City no later than 4 pm CDT, Monday, Feb. 9, 2026. TRANSIT MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHMENT. The City of Chatfield has issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified consulting firms interested in the respective services described in the RFQ to further the establishment of a transit management organization (TMO) to serve southeast Minnesota. The Request for Quotes is available on the City’s website, Request for Quotes | News & Information | Chatfield, MN.
