2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Apple Valley is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants with extensive experience in land use planning, community design, and public engagement to lead the update of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm is expected to collaborate closely with City staff, City Council, Commissions, engineering consultants, residents, and community stakeholders to develop and oversee the update to ensure the plan complies with Minnesota Statutes and Metropolitan Council requirements, including those contained in the Imagine 2050 system statements for the City of Apple Valley. 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Chanhassen is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to lead the update of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The updated plan must conform with the Metropolitan Council’s Imagine 2050 Plan and City of Chanhassen System Statement and Minimum Requirements Checklist. A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the City of Chanhassen’s website. Questions regarding the project and RFP must be submitted by March 13, 2026 at 4pm. Written responses to questions received will be posted to the city’s website by March 27, 2026, at 4 p.m.. 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The City of Montevideo, MN is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide planning services to the City of Montevideo for its 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. A complete copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the city of Montevideo’s website. The proposals shall be made in accordance with the specifications and must be submitted by Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 4 p.m. Proposals (pdf format) can be submitted electronically to Jessica Dahms, Community Development Coordinator, at [email protected]. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Jessica Dahms by 8 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026.
2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The City of Richfield, MN is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide planning services to the City of Richfield for its 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. The updated plan must conform with the Metropolitan Council’s Imagine 2050 Plan and System Statement and Minimum Requirements Checklist respective to the city. 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Oakdale is seeking proposals from qualified professional planning firms to provide support for Oakdale’s 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. The update must be completed in accordance with requirements set forth in State Statute and by the Metropolitan Council. The selected firm must demonstrate proven experience and expertise in long-range land use planning, project management, and community engagement. ATTORNEY SERVICES. The City of Eden Valley seeks to retain the services of legal consultants to function as the City Attorney and staff for municipal government legal services. The City Attorney will be selected by the City Council and will work closely with the City Clerk-Treasurer and the City Council. COMPENSATION & CLASSIFICATION STUDY. The City of Le Sueur is seeking proposals from qualified firms and individuals to complete an employee Compensation & Classification Study. The City intends to establish a revised/new employee job classification and compensation system. A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the City of Le Sueur website. COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY. Marshall Municipal Utilities is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to complete an Employee Compensation and Classification Study. The utility is looking to review the job classification and compensation system currently being utilized to ensure MMU is still comparable in the market. COMPREHENSIVE WATER TANK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM. The City of Pine City, Minnesota is requesting proposals from qualified water tank inspection and maintenance firms to contract for a long term, perpetual, full-service maintenance and asset management program for the 500,000-gallon legged tank (near downtown) and the 500,000-gallon composite hydropillar water storage tank on the north side of the city. PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND DESIGN CONSULTANTS. Stillwater Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide planning-level design services, including conceptual and schematic design and planning-level cost estimates, for the Children’s Library and Event Wing spaces. The resulting Children’s Library & Event Wing Enhancement Plan (CLEWE Plan) will support donor engagement, grant applications, and long-term capital planning. It is anticipated that any future renovations resulting from the CLEWE Plan would be funded primarily through gifts and grants. A copy of the RFP is available on the Library’s website. PROSECUTION SERVICES. The City of Medina is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to represent the City in municipal prosecution matters. Preference will be given to those submittals demonstrating experience in the specific area of municipal prosecution. The successful candidate shall possess sufficient resources to ensure that the demands for the City’s legal needs will be met on a timely basis. SHARED FIRE SERVICE FEASABILITY STUDY. The Cities of Albertville, Hanover, and St. Michael, Minnesota are jointly issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to retain a qualified, independent consultant to conduct a Shared Fire Services Feasibility Study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate current fire protection and emergency medical service delivery and to analyze potential opportunities for shared services or consolidation among the three Cities. The study will provide objective, data-driven findings, and implementation guidance to support informed decision-making by elected officials.
