Set-up and booth questions
When is the early-bird deadline for reserving a booth?
May 1 is the early bird deadline for the reduced exhibit fee — read more about exhibit fees.
What time can exhibitors set up? When is the exhibit hall open to conference attendees?
Booth set-up: Wednesday 12-3 p.m.
Booth teardown: Wednesday night 7-9 p.m. and Thursday morning 8-10 a.m. Please note – early teardown is not allowed. Exhibitor’s failure to comply with the breakdown schedule may result in denial of future exhibit space.
The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Wednesday, June 24 3:30-6:30 p.m.
What is the cancellation policy for booth reservations?
Applications and payments to reserve booth space are subject to management’s cancellation policy. Requests to cancel an exhibit booth application must be submitted in writing to [email protected] eight (8) weeks prior to the exhibit hall date. Requests received by this date will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after this date.
What are the rules?
When you reserve your booth, you agree to abide by the exhibit rules governing exhibits & exhibitors (pdf).
What about giveaways and raffles?
Minnesota Gift Law dictates there can be no giveaways valued at more than $5. No raffles are permitted in the exhibit hall. Read more about the rules governing exhibits & exhibitors (pdf).
What supplies come with the booth?
Booths are 10-feet wide by 8-feet deep. Each booth includes one skirted table, two chairs, a waste basket, and a company name sign. If you need additional tables or chairs, they can be ordered directly through the Mayo Civic Center.
What if I need electricity at my booth?
The Mayo Civic Center will be managing booth assembly and electrical connections. Electrical service is not included in the exhibit fee. Electrical service should be ordered directly through the Mayo Civic Center.
What if I need an internet connection?
Wireless internet will be available in the exhibit hall for all exhibitors and attendees. A wired internet connection, or dedicated network, can be ordered for your booth through the Mayo Civic Center.
Miscellaneous questions
When do we see a list of attendees?
Pre-conference list of all registrants is available upon request one week prior to the conference. Post-conference attendee list will be sent out following the conference.
