How to save a PDF

If you would like to save the page you’re viewing as a PDF document, here are the steps:

  1. Click icon with 3 stacked dots Setting button with vertical dots / Setting button with horizontal dots or Setting button with stacked lines lines to the right of the URL bar at the top of your browser
  2. Select the “Print” option
  3. A pop up window like this one should appear, ensure the Destination field is set to “Save as PDF” (this may be a dropdown or “Change” button)
  4. Click “Save,” then select the location and name for the file on your computer

  • Business Leadership Council or Business Partner Booth— $0
    ($1,040 value | 1st booth)
  • Business Associate Booth — $1,040

Exhibit hall registration opens for all organizations February 17!

Non-Business Alliance Members

Non-Business Alliance Member Booth:

  • Reservations received by May 1 — $1,175
  • Reservations received after May 1 — $1,300

Exhibit fee includes: 

  • One 8′ x 10′ booth with skirted table, two chairs, and company name sign.
  • Listing in the printed exhibit hall guide.
  • Two full conference registrations. (Includes admission to regular conference sessions and meals). Additional exhibitor registrants are $125 per person (up to three additional registrations per booth).
  • Listing in online exhibit hall on the LMC website, which is available to attendees before, during, and after the conference.
  • Post-conference list of all attendees.

Exhibit hall logistics

Location:

  • Mayo Civic Center, Rochester, MN

Exhibit Hall Schedule:
The exhibit hall is open on Wednesday, June 24 from 3:30-6:30 p.m.
Booth set-up: Wednesday 12-3 p.m.
Booth teardown: Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 8-10 a.m.

Booth management: 

The Mayo Civic Center will be managing booth assembly and electrical connections. Electric is NOT included in the exhibit fee. Electrical service can be ordered through the Mayo Civic Center. 

Solicitation Warning

WARNING! We are aware of instances of Exhibitors being solicited by non-approved companies claiming to be working for, or affiliated with, the League of Minnesota Cities and/or the Conference. Please beware of false claims regarding the sale of conference or attendee information and misrepresentation before, during, and after participation at the Conference. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if you are unsure about communication claiming to be from League of Minnesota Cities representatives.

Cancellation Policies:

Exhibitor personnel registration:

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Any cancellation requests received on or before June 13, 2026 will result in a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. We are unable to issue refunds for any reason after June 13, 2026. If you need to cancel after this date, we recommend that you consider sending a substitute.

Exhibit booth registration:

Applications and payments to reserve booth space are subject to management’s cancellation policy. Requests to cancel an exhibit booth application must be submitted in writing to [email protected] eight weeks prior to the exhibit hall date. Requests received by this date will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after this date.
