Access levels for the LMCIT Member Center
Access to the LMCIT Member Center is dependent on individual access levels, ensuring members’ data is safe.
Member-administrator access
The top appointed official for each member (administrator, manager, or clerk) have full access to the LMCIT Member Center. They can renew coverage agreements, make mid-term scheduling changes, view and export claims information and loss runs, compare liability losses to members of similar size, and report claims.
Member-underwriter access
Other individuals representing member entities have access similar to the member-administrator, except they cannot view or export claims information and loss runs without the explicit authorization of their top appointed official. Top appointed officials can send their authorization to [email protected].
Insurance agent access
Designated insurance agents have full access to the LMCIT Member Center, although access to coverage renewals is restricted until the renewal is ready, usually about 120 days prior to expiring coverage. An email will be sent to the agent and member when the renewal is ready to go.
