How to save a PDF

If you would like to save the page you’re viewing as a PDF document, here are the steps:

  1. Click icon with 3 stacked dots Setting button with vertical dots / Setting button with horizontal dots or Setting button with stacked lines lines to the right of the URL bar at the top of your browser
  2. Select the “Print” option
  3. A pop up window like this one should appear, ensure the Destination field is set to “Save as PDF” (this may be a dropdown or “Change” button)
  4. Click “Save,” then select the location and name for the file on your computer

Claims can be submitted by using one of the following methods:

  • Online: Submit claims online.
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Fax: (651) 281-1297 or (888) 234-7839
  • Mail: LMCIT Claims, 145 University Ave. West, St. Paul, MN 55103-2044
  • Phone: Contact Jennifer Peterson at (800) 925-1122 or (651) 281-1286 to submit a property/casualty claim or Tracy Wollack at (800) 925-1122 or (651) 268-6993 to submit a workers’ compensation claim.

Note: If your city experiences a cyber event, here’s who to contact right away for support.

Data breach or other cyber incident (not ransomware)

  • Business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday): Call LMCIT claims staff at (800) 925-1122.
  • After hours or weekends: Contact the cyber data breach coach at McDonald Hopkins.

Mention that you are an LMCIT member. You’ll receive one hour of free data breach coaching, and the coach will notify the LMCIT claims team, who will follow up about coverage and the claims process.

Ransomware event

  • Business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday): Call LMCIT claims staff at (800) 925-1122.
  • After hours or weekends: Call Metis at (540) 265-8021.

Let them know you are an LMCIT member. A data breach coach from Woods Rogers will contact you to provide one hour of free coaching. If you choose to retain them, they can guide you through resolving the situation. The coach will also notify the LMCIT claims team to begin the coverage and claims process.
