How to save a PDF

If you would like to save the page you’re viewing as a PDF document, here are the steps:

  1. Click icon with 3 stacked dots Setting button with vertical dots / Setting button with horizontal dots or Setting button with stacked lines lines to the right of the URL bar at the top of your browser
  2. Select the “Print” option
  3. A pop up window like this one should appear, ensure the Destination field is set to “Save as PDF” (this may be a dropdown or “Change” button)
  4. Click “Save,” then select the location and name for the file on your computer

Gather with mayors from across Minnesota on Wednesday, Oct. 7, to make connections, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. The 2026 Fall Mayors Meetup kicks off with a tour of CHS Field in St. Paul, followed by dinner and a program designed specifically for Minnesota mayors.

This Fall Mayors Meetup will feature a session led by Goff Public Vice President of Public Relations Sara Swenson titled, “How Mayors Can Lead and Engage on Social Media.” Social media gives mayors a powerful platform to connect with residents, share important information, and build trust — but it also requires thoughtful decisions about what to say, where to engage, and when to stay out of the conversation. Learn practical strategies for maintaining an effective social media presence, monitoring online conversations, and responding to questions, criticism, and misinformation. You will leave better prepared to communicate authentically, cut through the noise, and recognize when engaging will help — and when it won’t.

  • Share experiences and perspectives with peers who understand the unique role of mayor
  • Take part in conversations about timely issues facing Minnesota cities
