ACCOUNTING SERVICES. Afton is requesting proposals to provide qualified municipal accounting services on a contracted basis. ASSESSOR SERVICES. COMPENSATION STUDY. The City of Excelsior is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms, experienced in the development of a job evaluation, compensation system, and benefits analysis. It is desired to obtain a consultant who will assist the City in conducting a full market analysis of our current pay/compensation package and developing wage scales. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The City of Waterville is soliciting requests for proposals for Construction Management Services for a New Fire Hall. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The City of Richfield is seeking a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for construction of a new Wood Lake Nature Center facility including approximately 4,000 square feet of building removal and the construction of a 19,000 square foot space to include classroom and event space, museum exhibits, public lobby and lounge, rentals, staff and building support spaces, and covered outdoor spaces. The selected CMAR must coordinate its services and work with City staff and the City’s selected architectural firm for the Project, Hammel, Green, and Abrahamson, Inc. FACILITATION SERVICES. The City of Eagan is seeking a consultant to facilitate a series of community conversations where community members can come together to discuss race and racism in their lives. The core question is: What can each of us do to ensure Eagan is an inclusive community where everyone thrives? With the help of a skilled facilitator, city staff will participate in the discussion alongside residents and community members. We anticipate this project to take place through many small group conversations, one large group, and creative pop-up activities. The consultant should have experience with inclusive, participatory public engagement and a demonstrated ability to elevate and protect participants of color. FIRE SERVICES EVALUATION. The City of Andover invites qualified firms to submit a proposal for consulting services to prepare a comprehensive service study for the City of Andover Fire Department. JOB CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY SERVICES. The City of Frazee is requesting proposals for a Job Classification and Compensation Study from experienced firms. Frazee’s objective for the conduct of this study is to review and update the existing job evaluation and classification system to ensure reasonable compensation relationships between the various job classifications, both internally and externally. The end report must conform to the standards for compliance with pay equity, Fair Labor Standards Act as well as all pertinent laws. LEGAL SERVICES. The City of Dayton’s EDA is looking for legal services. The purpose of this RFP is to engage legal professionals, to provide expert, per diem legal counsel and support as Dayton continues to experience rapid expansion and development. We are seeking services that include, but are not limited to, real estate transactions, zoning and land use, leasing, development agreements, and environmental compliance. MARKET ANALYSIS. The City of Cottage Grove is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to complete a market analysis and small area plan for the area near Highway 61 and Innovation Road. It is intended that the plan create a road map for ensuring an appropriate balance of commercial and residential uses, adopted as an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, and be a guide for future development, redevelopment, and decision making.  Proposals should be submitted to Emily Schmitz, Community Development Director eschmitz@cottagegrovemn.gov and questions should also be directed to the same. REAL ESTATE BROKER SERVICES. The City of Dayton Economic Development Authority (EDA), invites proposals from qualified, licensed, and certified real-estate brokers interested in forming a collaborative partnership. This partnership will focus on providing comprehensive real-estate brokerage services that support the EDA and its objective in promoting economic development through various property initiatives within Dayton. This RFP outlines the partnership goals, submission requirements, and selection criteria for a real-estate broker to collaborate with both the City of Dayton EDA. TRAIL WORK. The City of Chisholm, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified interested parties (Trail Builders) to provide construction services for the Redhead MTB Park which consists of a current system of 25 trail miles and one trailhead. The City of Chisholm plans to extend or refurbish up to 12 additional miles in 2024-2025. The project is located in Chisholm, Minnesota at 1005 Discovery Drive. ZONING CODE UPDATE: The City of Breezy Point is seeking professional planning services to lead the City in updating its zoning code. The City desires an approach that takes its more traditional zoning standards and updates them in a way that specifically speaks to the City’s character and shifts the focus from primarily the use of development to the physical character of development. The final product must be an innovative, intuitive, highly-illustrative, and user-friendly code that will implement the vision of the City’s comprehensive plan.  Questions can be submitted to Planning & Zoning Administrator Peter Gansen at planner@cityofbreezypointmn.us.
