ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Chaska is requesting proposals for Architectural and Engineering for full A/E design and construction services for a proposed new Chaska Library Building. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Project description, scheduling, project scope, submission requirements, and method of selection can be found in the RFP on the City’s website. BUS WASH SYSTEM. SouthWest Transit is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of an automated bus wash system to support its transit fleet operations. The system must be suitable for standard transit buses and include all required equipment, controls, safety features, installation, training, and warranty support. CERTIFIED BUILDING OFFICIAL. The City of Brook Park is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms who are interested in providing contractual Building Official Services. Proposals will be accepted until 4 p.m. On May 29, 2026. CERTIFIED BUILDING OFFICIAL. The City of Royalton is requesting proposals from qualified and certified building officials with experience in plumbing, mechanical and building inspections. Looking for someone with at least three years of experience and an associate degree in building inspections for the City of Royalton. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota is soliciting proposals from qualified planning and multidisciplinary consulting teams to assist with the preparation, engagement, and adoption of a city-wide update to the City’s Comprehensive Plan with a planning horizon to the year 2050.The full RFP is available on the City’s website. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND ENGAGEMENT SERVICES. The City of Blaine is seeking qualified consultants to provide technical assistance and engagement services in support of a staff-lead comprehensive plan. The comprehensive plan must comply with all minimum requirements as published by the Metropolitan Council and will also include an Economic Development chapter. Consulting teams should have experience in land use, housing, and transportation planning and experience working on comprehensive plans for developing communities. City staff will prepare all maps, and draft all plan text, except as specifically identified in the scope of work. Full RFP available at https://blainemn.gov/bids. GENERAL COUNSEL/LEGAL SERVICES. The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) is seeking proposals for legal services that will fill the role of General Counsel for the park and recreation system. The City of Minneapolis Charter, Section 6.3 (e), establishes that MPRB may appoint its own attorney at law. The MPRB Board of Commissioners (Park Board) directed the Superintendent, per Resolution 2026-15, to seek proposals for legal counsel for the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. The Park Board annually appoints one legal firm to act as its General Counsel for the organization per City of Minneapolis Charter 6.3.e and act as its legal counsel within the firm’s areas of expertise. This Park Board enters separate contracts with specialized firms as necessary and agreed upon by the appointed General Counsel. HISTORIC PROPERTY FOR SALE. The City of Hopkins is seeking proposals from qualified buyers to purchase and adaptively reuse the historic Albert Pike Masonic Lodge at 907 Mainstreet. Built in 1902 and currently vacant, the property is located in downtown Hopkins. The City’s goals are to ensure responsible stewardship, prevent demolition of key historic elements, and select a buyer who can close promptly and deliver a feasible, community-oriented use that enhances downtown activity. IT SUPPORT. The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District (“MMCD” or the “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional IT Support Services in support of MMCD’s St. Paul Lab Renovation Project. MMCD seeks a consultant with demonstrated experience supporting technical environments, including coordination of IT transitions within occupied facilities undergoing renovation. The selected consultant will support MMCD in maintaining operational continuity, protecting IT assets and data, coordinating with construction and facility stakeholders, and ensuring that renovated laboratory and support spaces are ready for use. LEGAL SERVICES. The Roseville Economic Development Authority seeks qualified attorneys to provide legal advice in service of Roseville’s commitment to economic development and housing programs/initiatives. MARKET AND SELL CITY-OWNED PROPERTY. The City of Lake Elmo is seeking an experienced real estate broker to market and sell city-owned parcels near Ideal Ave N & 34th St (PID: 1602921240002). The broker should have experience in marketing both commercial and industrial land as most of the land is guided for Business Park development. The selected broker/firm will provide professional services in the area of real estate. Selected firms will be asked to provide full brokerage services. MINOR AND INTERMEDIATE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND SURVEY SERVICE PROVIDER. The Hibbing Public Utilities, Hibbing, Minnesota is requesting qualified Architectural, Engineering and Survey (A/E/S) service providers to submit an SF330 form and applicable supporting information to qualify for HPU’s facilities maintenance and capital improvement projects to be awarded for 2026-2030 quinquennium. ORGANIZED RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION, YARD WASTE COLLECTION, RECYCLING SERVICES AND ORGANICS COLLECTION SERVICES. The City of Anoka is requesting proposals for organized residential solid waste collection, yard waste collection, recycling services and organics collection services. Proposals are due by 10 a.m. on June 16, 2026. OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE/CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District (MMCD) in St. Paul, Minnesota, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative and Capital Project Management services. This RFP seeks a consultant to provide strategic guidance, coordination, and oversight for projects identified in the District’s capital plan. Key initiatives include the St. Paul Lab Renovation, which requires managing construction phasing in an occupied facility, and the Maple Grove Warehouse project. PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY STUDY. The City of Eveleth is soliciting proposals to conduct a Public Safety Feasibility Facility Study. The primary purpose is to evaluate the current public facility stakeholders (i.e. Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Emergency Operation Center (EOC)) facilities, identify options to address documented space, operational, and building deficiencies, and develop conceptual alternatives with associated cost estimates. The study shall evaluate potential integration of the public facility buildings into a broader City Center or Civic Campus configuration, including coordination with City Hall, Police Department, Fire Department, Emergency Management Services, Emergency Operation Command, and other municipal uses. REFUSE & RECYCLING HAULING SERVICES. The City of Le Sueur is requesting proposals from qualified companies who are interested in providing contractual Residential Refuse & Recycling Hauling Services. RESIDENTIAL REFUSE, RECYCLING AND YARD WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES: The City of Buffalo, Minnesota is requesting proposals for residential refuse, recycling, and yard waste collection services beginning Jan. 1, 2027. SPORTS COMPLEX & CENTRAL PARK MASTER PLAN. The City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota is seeking comprehensive proposals for a master plan that addresses a range of project needs, including site development and sports facilities scenarios with financial analysis for each option, community engagement, phased development recommendations, and a long-term park management plan.
