2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Apple Valley is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants with extensive experience in land use planning, community design, and public engagement to lead the update of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm is expected to collaborate closely with City staff, City Council, Commissions, engineering consultants, residents, and community stakeholders to develop and oversee the update to ensure the plan complies with Minnesota Statutes and Metropolitan Council requirements, including those contained in the Imagine 2050 system statements for the City of Apple Valley. 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Chanhassen is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to lead the update of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The updated plan must conform with the Metropolitan Council’s Imagine 2050 Plan and City of Chanhassen System Statement and Minimum Requirements Checklist. 2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Woodbury is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare an update to its Comprehensive Plan (the “Plan”).

AIRPORT ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Rush City is requesting Statements of Qualification from interested and qualified consultants for professional engineering and architectural services for the Rush City Regional Airport. Professional, technical, and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the airport’s Capital Improvement Plan for the next 5 years. BUILDING OFFICIAL. The City of Pine City is seeking proposals from qualified businesses or individuals licensed by the State of Minnesota as a Certified Building Official (CBO) to provide building inspection and code enforcement services. The selected contractor will ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, fire codes, ordinances, and regulations within the City of Pine City. Proposals are due on April 24, 2026. CITY MANAGER RECRUITMENT. The City of Edina is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms for the recruitment and selection of a new City Manager. The RFP is available on the City of Edina Administration Department’s Website. Proposals (PDF Format) are due Thursday, April 16, 2026 by 3 p.m. and sent to Ari Lenz. CATCH BASIN REPAIR PROJECT NO. 26484957. The City of Twin Lakes will be accepting sealed bids until May 1, 2026, at 12 p.m. for catch basin repair, and will open said bids on May 4, 2026, at 5 p.m. during the Council Meeting. COMPENSATION STUDY. The city of Becker is soliciting proposals for a compensation study. COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY. The City of South St. Paul is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to complete an Employee Compensation and Classification Study. The city is looking to review current position descriptions, job classification and compensation system currently being utilized to ensure is still comparable in the market. COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS STUDY. The City of Red Wing is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to complete a Comprehensive Benefits Study. The City is looking to compare both non-exempt and exempt level benefits with Red Wings comparable cities and to obtain benchmarking data. COMPREHENSIVE WATER TANK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM. The City of Pine City, Minnesota is requesting proposals from qualified water tank inspection and maintenance firms to contract for a long term, perpetual, full-service maintenance and asset management program for the 500,000-gallon legged tank (near downtown) and the 500,000-gallon composite hydropillar water storage tank on the north side of the city. CULVERT REPAIR PROJECT NO. 2658457. The City of Twin Lakes will be accepting sealed bids by May 1 at 12 p.m. for its culvert repair project. They will be opened at a council meeting on May 4 at 5 p.m. Scope of Work: Remove and replace 1 each of a concrete culvert 60’ long x 48” in diameter, 1 CY class 5 gravel, 2 CY sand and 1 CY asphalt. DEVELOPMENT. The City of Champlin is seeking proposals for the purchase and development of City owned land located at 6020 – 117th Avenue North. The 3.5-acre property is the former Park and Ride lot. The City of Eagan is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to retain the services of professional consulting firms to provide municipal engineering and technical/specialty services for the City. The City desires to establish various categories of services to which professional consulting firms will be assigned. The City of Eagan intends to retain up to three (3) firms for General Municipal Engineering Services and may choose to retain at least one firm for each of the Technical/Specialty Services. EVENT SUPPORT AND SPONSORSHIP CONSULTANT. The City of Dayton runs several events throughout the year and is looking to improve and expand these events. Dayton intends to engage a consultant to support City Staff with City Events and act as an intermediary to negotiate and develop sponsorship opportunities. This may include but not be limited to: Sourcing and recommending performers for Events, Making recommendations for Events, Identifying and recommending partnerships for Events, Identifying and recommending sponsorship opportunities and Building relationships with Businesses within Dayton and surrounding area to develop sponsorship opportunities. FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR SOLAR-POWERED E-BIKE CHARGING STATIONS. The City of Preston is seeking proposals from interested and qualified consultants to develop a feasibility study for solar-powered e-bike charging stations in the cities of Preston and Lanesboro, located in Southeast Minnesota along the Root River. The RFP is available on the City of Preston’s Economic Development Authority News website. LOW VOLTAGE CONTRACTOR. The Metropolitan Mosquito Control District (MMCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified low-voltage contractors to provide on-call installation, repair, expansion, and troubleshooting services for fire alarm systems, access control systems, and security camera systems across multiple District facilities. MICROGRID SCADA MONITORING/CYBERSECURITY UPGRADES. The City of Lanesboro seeks qualified contractors to provide services and equipment for enhancing microgrid monitoring, cybersecurity, and generator automation capabilities. The project includes upgrades to existing systems, installation of new components, and professional services for configuration, testing, and training. PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND DESIGN CONSULTANTS. Stillwater Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide planning-level design services, including conceptual and schematic design and planning-level cost estimates, for the Children’s Library and Event Wing spaces. The resulting Children’s Library & Event Wing Enhancement Plan (CLEWE Plan) will support donor engagement, grant applications, and long-term capital planning. It is anticipated that any future renovations resulting from the CLEWE Plan would be funded primarily through gifts and grants. A copy of the RFP is available on the Library’s website. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. The City of Golden Valley is soliciting proposals for design and construction services associated with reconstructing Lilac Drive between Duluth Street and St. Croix Avenue. Due to sight distance deficiencies and poor pavement condition, the City desires to realign and reconstruct Lilac Drive to improve turning movements, to maximize space on the 1875 Lilac Drive parcel (site of the new East Fire Station), and improve emergency vehicle access to and from the site. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. on April 13, 2026, those received after that will not be considered. REDEVELOPMENT. The City of Cloquet Economic Development Authority (Cloquet EDA) is seeking a qualified long-term development partner with past successful experience utilizing state and federal brownfield funding to initiate cleaning up industrial sites and then successfully redeveloping sites into viable mixed-use projects. The Cloquet EDA has released a Request for Proposals for the Redevelopment of Brenny Dahl Block Plant in Cloquet. The site is nestled into the crown jewel of the city’s park system, Pine Valley Recreation Area, and adjacent Northwoods Credit Union Arena, and is privately owned featuring approximately eight (8) acres of developable land along the South Highway 33 corridor in Cloquet, MN. The Cloquet EDA, in partnership with the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission and project consultant Stantec, leveraged over $100,000 in federal Environmental Protection Agency funding for environmental due diligence and redevelopment master planning vetted with commercial, hospitality, and housing real estate demand analysis for this site. REPAIR OF UTILITY ACCESS ROAD PROJECT NO. 26933967. SWITCHGEAR AUTOMATION UPGRADES. The City of Lanesboro requests sealed bids from qualified contractors for materials, tools, supplies, labor, supervision, equipment and services necessary to fulfill proposed MISO requirements to have the diesel generator engine started, online, and generating in less than 30 minutes of notification to run.
