ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION. The Housing & Redevelopment Authority of Worthington, MN is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to design and administer a renovation project, including Pre-Construction, including Procurement through Solicitation, Construction, and Post-Construction. This RFQ will relate specifically to the remodel/renovation of a new office space recently acquired by the HRA. The complete RFQ can be found on the HRA’s website. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION. The City of Lauderdale is soliciting proposals from a qualified and experienced Architectural Services Consultant to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for a retail cannabis store. The new facility would be constructed at 2430 Larpenteur Avenue West, Lauderdale, MN 55113. Full RFP is available online. ATTORNEY SERVICES. The City of Spicer seeks to retain the services of legal consultants to act as the City Attorney and staff for municipal government legal services. The City of Spicer, with a population of about 1,200, is located in Central Minnesota between St. Cloud and Willmar, and less than 100 miles from the Twin Cities metropolitan area. AUDITING SERVICES. The City of Walker is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced certified public accountants to audit and prepare its financial statements for the fiscal years ending Dec. 31, 2025, Dec. 31, 2026, and Dec. 31, 2027. BUILDING OFFICIAL/INSPECTION SERVICES. The Town of Becker is seeking professional service proposals from firms/individuals interested in performing building official/inspector duties for the Township, which has adopted the 1997 Fee Schedule. The Township is interested in an independent contractor agreement for those services. The duties require skilled inspection work in securing compliance with State building, plumbing and mechanical codes, Fire Marshaling, and related regulations and standards. Work involves responsibility for plan review and inspection of structures in regards to conformity with the Townships zoning ordinance, code requirements, and technical standards. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The City of Shorewood is requesting proposals for professional services to complete its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The proposals shall be made in accordance with the specifications and must be submitted to the City no later than 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2025. COUNCIL RETREAT FACILITATOR. The City of Edina is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced facilitators to submit their proposals for our annual City Council Retreat, tentatively planned for March 2026. The general scope of the project is to work with City staff in advance of the retreat for preparation and planning of agenda, and work may include a brief meeting with Council members to determine council priorities, facilitating the retreat and providing a post-retreat high-level summary as a deliverable. DESIGN SERVICES. The City of Excelsior is requesting proposals from professionals interested in providing design services for a subsection of The Commons Park, as well as design and bid document preparation services to replace The Commons Playground. Proposals are to be submitted by 5:30 pm, Dec. 1, 2025. EMPLOYEE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. The City of Maplewood is seeking proposals for employee mental health services and training for public safety personnel. Desired Services Include: Tier 1: Mental health check-ins (including new hire and separation), critical incident response (crisis briefs, defusings, debriefings), and mental health/wellness in-service trainings. Tier 2: All Tier 1 services plus a partially embedded clinician (~20 hrs/month) for scheduled/drop-in sessions, ride-alongs, and informal crew engagement. Tier 3: All Tier 1 services plus a fully embedded clinician (30–40 hrs/week). Optional Add-Ons: 24/7 critical incident response, crisis hotline, command staff consultation, proactive leadership engagement, and behavioral/organizational support. ENGINEERING SERVICES. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as the District Engineer, who will be responsible for providing general engineering services, permit support, guidance for Gray’s Bay Dam operations and maintenance and additional supporting services. The firm, in consultation with MCWD, will designate a Chief Engineer, who will fulfill the duties of Minn. Stat 103D.325, subdivision 3, serve as the firm’s principal point of contact, and coordinate the firm’s work for MCWD in planning, design, construction, regulation, policy implementation and relationship management. The Chief Engineer will be supported by a multidisciplinary team of professionals with expertise relevant to the District’s unique mission and needs. HOUSING STUDY. The City of Becker, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or project teams to prepare a comprehensive housing study, needs analysis/assessment, housing development incentive study, and recommended local solution action plan. Submittals must be sent to Jacob Sanders, Community Development Director, City of Becker, 12060 Sherburne Ave SE, Becker, MN 55308 by 4:30 PM (CST) on Jan. 7, 2026. Proposals must be placed in an envelope, box, or similar container securely sealed therein and labeled: “Proposal to Complete a Comprehensive Housing Study, Needs Analysis, and Action Plan for the City of Becker”. MANAGED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES. The City of International Falls is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide managed IT Services. Proposal specifications can be found on the City website at www.ci.international-falls.mn.us or by calling 218-283-7984. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive formalities and award the contract in the best interests of the City. PRE-DESIGN SERVICES. The City of Maplewood is seeking qualified firms to provide pre-design services for the Maplewood Community Center (MCC), a 90,000-square-foot regional recreation and community facility. With the current operating lease expiring in 2026, the City is exploring future public or public/private options and is seeking innovative, community-focused concepts that support long-term financial sustainability and align with the City’s strategic priorities. TRANSPORTATION STUDY. The Mankato/North Mankato Area Planning Organization (MAPO) has released two separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit responses from qualified firms for the purposes of producing separate deliverables: 1) CSAH 16 Corridor Study in Mankato; 2) Highway 14 Corridor Study in Mankato and North Mankato. Each study will undergo a separate procurement/ranking/contract selection process. Proposals will be submitted individually per study. Firms selected must have experience and expertise in corridor transportation and multimodal planning. The RFPs are available online at mnmapo.org. VULNERABLE USER PLAN. The City of Crosslake is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive Vulnerable Users Plan that advances regional safety, mobility, and equitable access for all roadway users. This planning effort will focus on identifying safety risks and system gaps affecting vulnerable populations—such as pedestrians, bicyclists, seniors, youth, individuals with disabilities, and low-income residents—across participating jurisdictions in the Brainerd Lakes Region. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting data-driven analysis, engaging a diverse range of community stakeholders, and developing actionable strategies that align with federal Safe Streets for All (SS4A) objectives.
