All city employees and elected officials are invited to expand their DEI knowledge in a 5-day challenge that will help you learn, engage with, and gain practical tools to apply DEI in your life and city. The purpose of this 5-day DEI challenge is to make learning about DEI easy, accessible, and minimally time consuming. Challenge yourself to commit to learning something new for five days in a row!

Beginning on Monday, April 29 and continuing through the week, you will receive a daily email from LMC with various resources for DEI-related topics. There will be multiple resources for each topic to provide a variety of opportunities to read, listen, watch, and interact. This challenge focuses on foundational DEI concepts aimed at individuals who are just starting to learn about DEI.
