Peer support programs bring together trained colleagues with fellow public safety personnel to provide assistance during times of personal or professional crisis. Organizational support, especially from city leaders, is vital to the success and longevity of a peer support program. During this webinar, recorded on Nov. 30, 2021, city staff from Minnetonka and St. Cloud shared how they developed, implemented, and continue to support peer support programs in their cities.
