As delegates of local government, your behavior and attitude are always on exhibit to members of your community — which is why you need to promote a respectful work environment and a positive image to the community. During this course, you’ll learn about your responsibility to report inappropriate conduct and the consequences for engaging in behavior that violates your company’s anti-harassment policy. You’ll also learn your role in ensuring the workplace is comfortable, safe, and harassment-free.
