The Police Accountability Act — a bipartisan bill authored by the People of Color and Indigenous Caucus — will begin to address systemic inequities in Minnesota’s criminal justice system. Minnesota Department of Public Safety Commissioner John Harrington will discuss this legislation and address its implications for city police.
