8:30-9:30 a.m.
Improving Workplace Safety
In this session we will evaluate your working environment and explore how small changes can keep employees and job sites safe. Learn how to provide residents quality service without sacrificing safety measures.
9:45-10:45 a.m.
Safety Starts on Day One
Review MN OSHA training requirements for new employees and discuss the importance of follow-up. We’ll also cover restrictions, work attire, time off, terminating employees, injuries/accidents that occur on the job, and personnel policies.
10:45-11:30 a.m.
Air Quality in City Buildings
Are you getting questions about indoor air quality? In this course we will review common indoor air quality challenges in city buildings and provide best practices and facility maintenance recommendations for new and existing structures.
