Find the answers and guidance to what lies ahead for community economic development
Join other city and county leaders for a six-week online course focused on economic health and resiliency. Leading Economic Transformation (LET) is an applied learning cohort for public sector leaders from communities of all sizes. It is designed to help prepare participants to navigate the evolving landscape of community economic development. Educators from the University of Minnesota Extension’s Center for Community Vitality will address business retention, economic recovery, and transformation.

- Articulate your role in initiating and leading economic transformation efforts
Who should attend?
City and county leaders like administrators, clerks, economic development staff, elected officials, and economic development authority board members.
This six-week program will feature cohort-based learning. You will participate alongside a group of your peers for a collaborative learning environment where you can build skills and network.

The sessions will meet virtually on the following dates:

February 1: 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
February 8: 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
February 15: 9 a.m-10:30 a.m.
February 22: 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
March 1: 9 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
