How to save a PDF

If you would like to save the page you’re viewing as a PDF document, here are the steps.


  1. Click icon with 3 stacked dots Setting button with vertical dots / Setting button with horizontal dots or Setting button with stacked lines lines to the right of the URL bar at the top of your browser
  2. Select the “Print” option
  3. A pop up modal like this one should appear, ensure the Destination field is set to “Save as PDF” (this may be a dropdown or “Change” button)
  4. Click “Save”, then select the location and name for the file on your computer

New for 2021! The Clerks Academy features a blended-learning program featuring online, on-demand MemberLearn courses and in-person sessions at the League offices. (Find out more about MemberLearn below!)

Sept. 23-Oct. 6 — Online

Four on-demand, online courses courses should be completed before you come to St. Paul Oct 7-8, but you will continue to have access to them after the event.

Oct. 7-8 — St. Paul

Join fellow city clerks at the League’s office in St. Paul as you dive into a variety of crucial topics to help you succeed in your role.

Oct. 8 — Online

These on-demand, online courses are available beginning Oct. 8 and do not expire. These courses will be accessible to you indefinitely.

Core Competencies

The League of Minnesota Cities has developed ten competencies for city clerks that are fundamental to success in your role. Competencies fall under three categories: values, knowledge, and skills.

MemberLearn

MemberLearn is an easy and fun way to learn online, giving you access to courses anytime and anywhere! During the Clerks Academy, you will have four on-demand courses to complete before the in-person sessions. Four MemberLearn courses will become available once the in-person sessions conclude on Oct. 8.
