MN Supreme Court decision allows communities to meet growing wastewater needs
(May 17, 2007) A decision of national and local significance was rendered May 17, 2007, by the Minnesota State Supreme Court supporting Minnesota's efforts to clean up impaired waters and allowing the cities of Annandale and Maple Lake to meet the wastewater needs of their growing communities.

State of the Cities Report 2006 analyzes city fiscal conditions, costs of clean water
(March 30, 2006) While 45 percent of Minnesota cities reported that their fiscal conditions improved between 2004-2005, nearly half (49 percent) indicated that theirs declined over the same time period, according to the State of the Cities Report 2006.
