Data Security and Computer-Related Risk

Members of the Insurance Trust have access to the eRisk Hub by NetDiligence

If you believe your city has already experienced a data breach or other cyber/privacy liability, contact LMCIT claims staff immediately at (800) 925-1122.

Offered to members of the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT), the eRisk Hub is a private, web-based portal containing information and technical resources that can assist members in the prevention of network, cyber, and privacy losses and provide support in the timely reporting and recovery of losses if an incident occurs.

Log in before you have an incident to get tips on prevention OR log in after an incident to learn about next steps.

NOTE: Because access to this service is for LMCIT members only, please contact LMCIT Administrative Assistant Hailey Kachmarchik at hkachmarchik@lmc.org or (651) 215-4095 for the access code.

To register for the eRisk Hub:

1. Go to https://www.eriskhub.com/lmc.php
2. Complete the new user registration form. Create your own ID and password, then enter the access code you received when you contacted LMCIT.
3. Once registered, you can access the hub and all the resources contained there immediately.

The eRisk Hub is a private site exclusively for LMCIT members

Do not share access instructions with anyone outside your entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access code provided to you.

This hub also contains a directory of experienced providers of cyber risk management services. Before you engage any of these companies, we urge you to conduct your own due diligence to ensure the companies and their services meet your needs.
