Access to League Building During Construction

Construction of the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit is now underway in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The light rail will run by the League building, located in St. Paul at 145 University Avenue West. Major construction work is going on near the League building now, and it will continue for several months.

The main entrance of the League’s parking lot on University Avenue will be blocked off at times as a result of this construction project. Please use the entrance on Sherburne Avenue, which is just north of the League building. Access Sherburne via Marion Street on the west side of the League building, or via Rice Street on the east side of the building (see map below).

Traffic on University Avenue will be reduced to one lane in each direction at some point. University Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic east of Rice Street (near the state Capitol) during the project.
