Programs and resources are available to help member cities keep employees safe and to help meet state and federal OSHA mandates.
The Regional Safety Group initiative and the OSHA/Safety Assistance programs provide an array of subsidized services to participating cities, including hands-on and web-based safety training, safety audits, and one-on-one consulting.
Regional Safety Groups are flexible and city-driven, while the OSHA/Safety Assistance program provides a more structured setting for achieving safety and compliance.
Regional Safety Groups are forming throughout the state, and staff can help your community get started.
