2017 Annual Conference: Exercise Events

Get some fresh air and burn a few conference calories during these exercise events on Thursday and Friday mornings.

Thursday, June 15


6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

All Ages, All Levels Cardio
This 45-minute session includes simple choreography with options for higher intensity. Keep it low and controlled for a low impact workout or add on if you're looking for more of a challenge. Start your conference day with a blast of energy.

Urban Jungle Yoga
During this class you’ll leave the studio walls behind and practice with the Gorilla Yogis on the top level of the Civic Center parking ramp. It’s yoga out of captivity! Don't have any yoga experience? No problem! This class will be for all levels, and any pose can be modified to meet your skill level. Please note: a small number of yoga mats will be available, but attendees are encouraged to bring your own if you have one. It's recommended that clothes be close-fitting, but comfortable, and don't forget to dress for the weather because this session will be outside.

Friday, June 16


6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

Body Weight Boot Camp
This 45-minute session concentrates on strength training using only body weight. This will test your limits, and push you to muscle fatigue, strengthening all the major muscle groups.
